Buyer agrees to all terms outlined in our "Terms & Conditions" outlined herein. Any and all of these policies may change from time to time, but they will always be made available here for your reference. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. As such, we would like to outline our approach towards managing and keeping your information private. We only collect your information to ensure that we can coordinate and make available the items you have purchased from Lake Sinclair Grocery. In addition, we will retain your information for internal use only. We may reach out to you from time to time to make you aware of upcoming opportunities to shop with Lake Sinclair Grocery.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Lake Sinclair Grocery assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. You will forfeit your purchase and payment if you fail to book a pickup time slot or if you fail to show up during your designated time. We will make efforts to reschedule a pickup time, but it is the purchasers sole responsibility to ensure they have booked and are able to show up to the booked time slot for pick up. 

Shipping/Pick Up

Arrangements must be made to pick up items during the available dates and times per the calendly link on the welcome page. If there are currently no dates and times listed, then we are not offering pickup at this time or all of the available spots have been booked. You should refrain from purchasing any items until you have confirmed that you have secured a pickup time slot.
