How It Works


The current circumstances that we are left with due to the impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak have left many of us caught off guard. We are not able to serve our regulars due to health and safety guidelines put in place by the federal and state governments. As such, we believe we have to evolve to still do good. We have decided to open a grocery center as a component of the Crooked Creek Marina. We will utilize The Grill Restaurant to stock and distribute orders based on scheduled availability. It is important to note that we are ordering and receiving our retail goods from a restaurant supplier which varies from a grocery store supplier in a few ways. First the products might be in different packaging than you are accustomed to seeing in the grocery stores. Do not worry. These are quality products. Second, our purchasing power is nowhere near as strong of the big box grocers like Walmart and Kroger. However, we are doing everything we can to keep our pricing low and in line with what you would expect to see at the grocery store.

Step 2: Shop for your groceries by searching the categories shown above and add your items to your cart.     

Step 3: Pickup your groceries during your scheduled pickup appointment

All sales are final. Lake Sinclair Grocery will not issue refunds once you have placed your order. If you fail to pickup during your scheduled window you may reschedule by following the same process as booking the original appointment. It is not the responsibility of Lake Sinclair Grocery to replace the goods if they have spoiled due to a missed appointment time. All orders must be processed online. Confirm that you have booked a pickup time prior to placing your order to ensure pickup availability. Bring your order confirmation and ID to pick up your groceries. Our staff must confirm that the individual pickup the goods matches the individual who purchased the goods. Pick Up times are set up at 30-minute intervals so please be on time so we can get your groceries to you quickly without having a large number of people congregate around the restaurant.

For the health and safety of our employees, their families, and you (our customer), we are following all guidelines by the CDC to create a safe work environment. We will be sanitizing the pickup table after every customer interaction so please bear with us as we ask you to follow a few unconventional guidelines.

First: You may pick-up your groceries from the porch. When you arrive, place your proof of purchase and photo id face up on the table next to the groceries to allow our attendant to validate your order. Once complete you will be able to collect your groceries and be on your way.

Second: We ask that you do not attempt to enter the restaurant. If you need assistance you may contact a staff member by calling 706.623.2531

Third: There is no reason for personal interaction. Please maintain at least 6’ physical distance from everyone else around you during your shopping experience.

Fourth: Please wait for the party in front of you to leave the porch before you journey up to get your order. You may wait by the grocery pickup sign in the parking lot until the staff attendant gestures that they are ready for you.
